BREAKING: Saraki meets Tambuwal, others, over 2023 ticket

Prominent Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftains led by former Senate President Bukola Saraki are meeting in Abuja over the party presidential ticket 

Others are the Governors of Bauchi and Sokoto States, Bala Mohammed and Aminu Tambuwal.

The parley is sequel to a recent one which was held in Bauchi. The next has been scheduled for Sokoto.

The PDP leaders are meeting over the PDP 2023 presidential ticket expected to be keenly contested.

A source that confirmed Ambassador News Line disclosed that consultations are ongoing regarding the agreement of a consensus PDP flagbearer to face that of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the next general elections.

There was mild drama on Thursday during the inauguration of Prof Charles Soludo as Governor when Willie Obiano’s wife Ebelechukwu and Bianca Ojukwu engaged in a fight. Obiano’s wife confronted Bianca, accusing her of not wanting the husband to be Governor while calling her a bitch. In retaliation, Mrs Ojukwu stood up and slapped her leading to a fight.
