APC Convention: List of delegates for APC National Convention

All is set for the All Progress Congress National convention billed for 26th March, 2022 as the party leadership mapped out list of delegates for the event.

Find attached a breakdown of the list of those expected at the venue and as delegates to vote for the aspirants

1. Members of the Board of Trustees.

2. National Chairman and all Members of the National Executive Committee.

3. Serving and past Presidents and Vice Presidents of the Federal Republic of Nigeria who are Members of the Party.

4. Serving and past Governors and Deputy Governors of States of the Federal Republic of Nigeria who are members of the Party.

5  Serving and past members of the National Assembly who are members of the Party; serving and past Speakers, Deputy Speakers and other principal officers of the State Houses of Assembly, and all serving members of the State Houses of Assembly who are members of the Party.

6. Members of the States’ Working Committee (including that of theFCT, Abuja) of the Party.

7. All Party Chairmen and Secretaries of the Local Government Areas/Area Councils of the country.

8.  All elected Local Government Council/Area Council Chairmen of the country who are members of the Party.

9. Three elected delegates (at least one of whom must be a woman) from each LG/Area Council of the country.

There was mild drama on Thursday during the inauguration of Prof Charles Soludo as Governor when Willie Obiano’s wife Ebelechukwu and Bianca Ojukwu engaged in a fight. Obiano’s wife confronted Bianca, accusing her of not wanting the husband to be Governor while calling her a bitch. In retaliation, Mrs Ojukwu stood up and slapped her leading to a fight.
